The Han Dynasty terracotta warriors and horses in Xuzhou, buried in six pits, are located on the western foot of Shizishan mountain, accommodating about 4000 colorfully painted terracotta statues. This legion, demonstrating a battle array of infantry and chariot, is an underground epitome of actual combat army of the Chu Kingdom in the early Western Han Dynasty. The military exhibiting hall shows rich connotation of these terracotta warriors and horses. |
